CONGRATULATIONS

Congratulations to KERIN BOWEN for receiving her welsh caps in the Wales veterans over 45`s squad at the veterans internationals at Swansea last June.
All the team are very proud of her and are glad to see her dedication has paid off....

WELL DONE KERIN.....and good luck with your new team....We will all miss you very much.

Also Congratulations to Gail Morgan and Laura Ganesh for their continuous appearances in the Welsh Veterans Squad again .

Training is on Tuesdays indoor at Rhydycar Leisure Centre at 7-8pm and on Thursdays at Pen-y-Dre High School at 7-8pm.
